Packages

TOTAL MAINTENANCE PACKAGES INCLUDE:

• Summerization/Opening of pool: remove cover, start up all equipment, initial vacuuming, test and balance water.
• Weekly or Bi-Weekly vacuuming and brushing, water testing and balancing, adding necessary chemicals to sanitize and maintain proper balance and check all equipment for proper operation, clean out any foliage/debris from heater.
• Winterization/Closing of pool: drain equipment, blow out lines, add non-toxic antifreeze to skimmers, balance water, install cover and cover pumps, if required.
• Chemicals included in packages: shock, chlorine tablets, PH adjusters, alkalinity, calcium, cyanuric acid, salt, algaecide, antifreeze.
• Chemicals NOT INCLUDED and WILL incur an extra charge: stain removers, flocking agent, phosphate neutralizer, metal sequestering agents.
